For our Concession – Milan Rinascente , we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Milano San Babila Flagship Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, building client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals while ensuring the delivery of an excellent client experience. Your key responsibilities: Lead the Client Advisors team, aiming at transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience. Together with Store Management, responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient organization of the team and successful management of the product. Lead a high-performing client-facing and service-oriented team. Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure all clients receive the highest standard of experience. Support Store Management in driving store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, understanding client desires, and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience. Demonstrate best-in-class sales and self-leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor to provide excellent customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives. Guarantee efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, and grooming, taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes. Requirements: At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training, and empowering a Client Advisor team. A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment, as well as in clienteling activities. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients. Passion for the Diesel brand, product, and heritage. Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language (French, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, and Spanish) is considered a strong plus. What We Offer: A Full Time permanent contract.
