For our Outlet Store in Noventa di Piave, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, building Client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of an excellent Client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis.

Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment. Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team. Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experienceDrive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicateEmpower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experienceBuild a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagementCreate a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusionSupport the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentDemonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiativesGuarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc.
taking action to solve problems with positive outcomesBuild and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindsetKey RequirementsAt least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in fashion/luxury retailExperience in training the team, empower them and motivate themResults-driven and customer focusedExcellent analytical and numerical skills;Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility;Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, etc.
)Strong attention to detailStrong interest in the fashion world especially in Denim. Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.
Any additional language will be considered as a plus!
