STI Engineering srl is looking for a Team Leader Piping.

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: Managing and coordinating the piping design, ensuring optimal distribution of resources and activities. Supervising the development of layouts, isometrics, and technical specifications. Continuous collaboration with other discipline teams involved in the project to ensure integration and design coherence. Monitoring and verifying project specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements. Identifying and managing any technical or organizational issues, proposing effective solutions. Creating periodic reports on work progress and direct interface with clients and suppliers. Requirements: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical coordination roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector, industrial plant engineering, or engineering consultancy services. In-depth knowledge of Piping (materials, regulatory standards, and design software such as AutoCAD 3D, SmartPlant, Aveva E3d), isometric diagrams, and P&ID diagrams. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Good knowledge of the English language. At STI Engineering, we believe in diversity and inclusion.
