Your future team Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. As we expand our presence in Italy, you will take on a pivotal role in establishing and leading our new office in Verona. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team.
You will be responsible for successfully leading the Verona team and fostering a collaborative and motivated team spirit. Starting with a team size of 5, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact as we grow together.
Your role in this journey Lead the Opening: Support the launch and manage the new office in Verona, focusing on the sales and account management team for the Triveneto market (Trentino, Lake Garda & Riviera Veneta). Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to grow our vacation rental portfolio by acquiring new hosts and establishing strong, long-term relationships. Coaching & Development: Train and coach your team while fostering a positive team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve area targets. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and optimise the existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for key customers in the region. Brand Growth: Strengthen the Holidu brand in the Triveneto area through strategic initiatives and relationship building. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the Country Lead of Northern Italy, and Head of Sales and Account Management Eastern Mediterranean, providing insights to improve our product, streamline procedures, and implement best practices. Hands-On Approach: Conduct regular customer visits with your team to ensure quality service and relationship management. Your backpack is filled with A seller personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven track record in sales and/or account management, consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members effectively. An analytical and data-driven mindset to optimise strategies and team performance. A hungry yet humble attitude, setting ambitious goals while continuously striving for improvement. Previous experience in recruiting and managing top talent or working in a fast-growing e-commerce, tech, or travel company is a plus. Near-native Italian and fluent English skills.
