**The role**:
Our Strategic Accounts department is dedicated to our most important restaurant chains and key accounts.
In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Strategic Accounts Managers in our office in Milan.
Through your experience, you'll build a stronger connection with our restaurant partners and bring the efficiency of the department to a new level.
**Your job**:
- Lead the team (consisting of 4 headcounts) and be the point of contact between the team and other departments;
- Optimize and improve the relationship with our key accounts;
- Offer solutions for needs and strengthen a long-term relationship with our partners;
- Keep an eye on all chains KPI's to achieve the quantitative and qualitative sales targets of your team;
- Evaluate the sales statistics in regular meetings in order to determine the need for optimization and to initiate measures to increase productivity;
- Negotiate exclusivity proposals with strategic partners that could bring new customers to JE and increase our market share;
- Liaise with the marketing team to define which brands will take part of our external campaigns (OOH, TV, CRM, etc);
- Identify the development potential of your team and ensure their continuous growth and development;
- Work with your team to optimize operative KPIs of the worst performing chain restaurants.
**Your profile**:
- University degree or a higher commercial education
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a manager as well as several years of experience in key account management
- Dynamic, responsible and successful manager
- Advanced English speaking
- Strong analytical attitude
- Goal-oriented and focused; enjoy achieving, and even exceeding, ambitious goals
- Strong communication skills
- Structured way of working
- You are an organizational talent, experienced in sales controlling and reporting.
- You are a good role model, a real team player, known for your hands-on mentality
