- We are looking for a new _**_Team Leader Supply Chain_**_ who likes to help us to _**_optimize the indirect job activities _**_and improve the material supply chain to the lines. _

**What does the job of Team Leader Supply Chain look like?
You, as a Team Leader Supply Chain, will lead to improvements in **Operational Efficiency**, Optimization of activities, Reduction of Stock Levels.
You will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the Operations Manager, and cooperating with him in order to further **improve the internal Supply Chain**.
You will select, develop and integrate the most suitable suppliers in terms of: delivery service, quality and total cost.
Will be your responsibility to put in place and follow up **procedure to ensure compliance** to product specifications, quality, delivery and cost expectations.
Developing contracts and **managing relationships with suppliers** to provide a stable product supply, technical product knowledge and **year-over-year cost reductions** whilst managing the impact on working capital will be part of your daily activities.
You will **evaluate and monitor performance of existing suppliers** and take corrective action as required in order to consolidate supply base to best performing suppliers and also **find new** canopy/frame supplier for Italian site (not full resourcing) and find/qualify a canopy/frame supplier for Slovakian site.
An important challenge for you will also be **reducing the amount of direct suppliers**, implementing stock by supplier in order to decrease lead time.

**What we expect from you?
We are looking for an energetic colleague who enjoy working together all other teams, happy to organize and optimize the internal Supply Chain by organizing and delivering the parts **at the right place in the right moment **so that Production can run smoothly.
Being self-motivated and able to work under the pressure will be crucial.
Someone with **an eye for detail and hands-on mentality **would be ideal for this role.
**Preferably you have around 3 years of experience in similar function (purchasing)**, being familiar with standard IT software like MS Office and understanding ERP concepts (we have BPCS here!
).
**What will you deal with in this role?
Order policy and Minimum Balance regular update
Stock Accuracy and Overstock Reduction
Develop standard work instructions and procedures for all key activities
Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures
Work with Operations Manager to identify and implement **process improvements **and best practices through 5S and lean principles
Managing purchasing activities and team developing procedures and always looking for "the better way"
Defining strategies for sourcing and purchasing in order to optimize costs, quality, efficiency and timingScouting new providers will be key!
**What will be crucial to have and develop in this role?
