Your Tasks - What You can expect as Team Manager Application Technology (f/m/d):

You ensure development, allocation and management of resources to achieve business targets.

You cooperate with Technology Development, TSD and Analytical laboratory in the development of identified technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs.

You ensure compliance with PSR rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards.

You document and report on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards.

You lead and motivate staff to improve performance and continuously develop professional expertise.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Team Manager Application Technology (f/m/d):

You gained experience in working in an international environment.

You have excellent communication and project management skills.

You have experience with leading a team efficiently.

You bring very good stakeholder management skills and you are characterized by customer-oriented approach.

You are able to communicate clearly and correctly in Italian and English.
