**Your working environment

**Y**our responsibility
Reporting to the Country Manager, your function will consist in helping us launch the activity of the International Sales Team in Italy and to achieve the expected objectives.
Moreover, you will ensure the development of your team's skills in compliance with the company's procedures and guidelines.
**What you will do**:
- Actively participate in the company's business strategy
- Collaborate with the HRBP to recruit, onboard, and support new employees on the Sales team.
- Lead and coordinate the sales team, implementing processes to ensure its efficiency and reach
the expected service level.
- Support and provide solutions to the team members, providing Individual and collective coaching
and follow-up actions.
- Workforce management with analytical skills and mindset to make data-driven decisions: forecasting
staffing, planning, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs and results.
- Deliver efficiency, customer satisfaction, and workforce effectiveness by implementing accurate
dynamics and metrics (call strategy, dialing rules optimization, smart scripting, CTI integration)
- Implement QA Productivity actions and include Conversation analytics (Call calibrations, mystery
calls, live chats).
- Lead and set up challenges to help motivate the team while hitting the company's goals.
- Participate in transversal and ad-hoc internal projects to support regional sales, delivery, or
workforce strategy initiatives.
- Promote and maintain the motivation of your team while keeping high commercial performance.
**Your profile
3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Call Center Sales Team Manager is required.
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Fluency in written and oral Italian and English is required.
Local commercial culture knowledge with an international mindset.
Good working under pressure and goals oriented.
In-depth knowledge of business practices, ability to manage resources, organizational skills, and management systems are essential.
