As Team Manager you will provide direction and leadership to a team of BI experts and will be responsible for leading our BI implementation projects.

Responsibilities:Development of a high performing Business Intelligence team;Design and implementation of innovative BI-solutions based on Microsoft technologies such as MS Azure SQL Server, Integration-, Reporting- & Analysis Services, Power BI;Analysis of the customer's business needs, identification of process optimization opportunities;Delivery of high quality solutions for our national and international customers ensuring alignment with organizational goals;Requirements:Professional experience in Business Intelligence field;Familiarity with Microsoft Azure SQL Server;Fluency in German and English; Italian language skills will be a plus;Excellent negotiation and communication skills as well as leadership experience;Outstanding analytical competencies and a well-structured working style;Willingness to travel.
