Our Client is an international chain of Sports, Fitness and Wellness clubs.

As part of the business expansion in Italy, we are recruiting a:

TEAM MANAGER

**Location**: Modena

Role

**Reporting to the Club Manager, the appointee will**:

Recruit, support, develop and manage a group of sports trainers and staff

Ensure efficient organisation of the daily sports activities

Ensure a high level of customer service as well as continuous improvement

Meet regularly with Group colleagues to share expertise and Best Practice

Manage a budget regarding HR labour costs

Act as a Duty Manager / Club point of reference for a couple of days per week

Work flexible hours for 5 days over a 7-day week

Contribute to ensuring an optimum working environment as well as customer experience

Spend the first month of employment in training abroad

University Degree or High-School leaving certificate

Education / Training in sports / sports-management appreciated

Good English for internal Group communication and training; also to develop a career in the Group

3-5+ years people-management experience from within the services sector; preferably within hospitality, retail or sports facilities sectors

Experience from a multi-site service-based industry

Experience from an international group appreciated

Knowledge of the gym environment appreciated

Willing to work flexible hours / shifts

Willing to spend the first month of employment abroad in Europe for training

Able to manage an HR budget

Digitally literate

Team player, presentable, self-motivated, good communication skills

Keen to take on increased responsibility as the business expands

Excellent development prospects in a solid and expanding International Group
