As a Tech/Engineering Specialist, you will report to the Refinish Engineering Manager

**Responsibilities

- Responsible for administration of approved capital and maintenance projects, coordinating all engineering disciplines, preparing and releasing detailed drawings and specifications for construction

- Direct the contractors in plant capital improvement and major maintenance projects

- Help plan the future growth of the Longview Facility and the review and improvement of existing processing systems.

**Qualifications

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent degree) required.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar industiral setting, such as chemical manufacturing, refining or pulp and paper.

- Previous project engineering experience

- Proficient English
