The chosen candidate will engage in software analysis and development, playing a vital role in defining technical specifications for various projects. They will make essential decisions regarding application frameworks, programming languages, and processes to be utilized within Cortilia's existing ecosystem. The Tech Lead will promote best practices by guiding team members and overseeing the final outcomes to ensure proper implementation. Moreover, this role involves collaborating with the IT team for the maintenance of the production environment. Activities will be coordinated with the CPO, based on the priorities and opportunities identified by management, to ensure execution aligns with standards of quality, performance, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the advancement of essential projects by outlining and documenting software specifications, workflows, and data models, while also offering sufficient support to developers throughout the implementation phase, which includes: Mentoring one or more team members and guiding them in task completion Conducting final project validation to ensure compliance with quality standards Assisting the CPO in defining and organizing activities Collaborating with other departments during the specification phase of new developments and projects Engaging in pair programming, tutoring, training, and code reviews Providing on-call support and overseeing production services The role will be in a hybrid format, combining time at our corporate office located in Cassina De Pecchi - MM2 Villa Fiorita/Cassina de Pecchi with remote work.
