We are now looking for a young and talented **Recruiting Specialist**, to be part of our People and Culture team, based in Milan.

**Your daily tasks at Mia**:

- Sourcing, interviewing and closing top tech talent

- Writing beautiful job descriptions

- CV screening

- Talent attraction activities

- Definition of new recruiting strategies

- Dealing with the entire recruitment process and the different tools

- Welcoming during the onboarding process

- Promotion and support of Mia-Platform's values and culture

**Who you are**:

- Humanist with strong soft skills;

- A freshly graduated in HR management;

- You are a great storyteller, with an ability to inspire and motivate people to join Mia-Platform;

- You're comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers; advising, influencing and challenging when needed;

- You are a results-driven person with strong communication skills and proactivity;

- You are an ambitious and tech enthusiast;
