We are currently seeking a Tech Support & Trainer - Thermal Management to join our dynamic team!The local trainer has to assure a high level of technical knowledge to all the Thermal CEs, to maintain the relationship with Academy HQ for training and accreditation to run Academy courses and assure post-sales courses to customer engineers, distributors, and clients.
He/she has to plan the training activities in agreement with the Service Delivery Director and the Academy Director.
Due to his/her mission (delivering high level of tech knowledge), he/she has the duty to keep updated by continuing to make interventions in the field. What responsibilities will you have? Supporting and organizing the training schedule;Defining the homogeneous classes of participants through assessment tests and knowledge surveys;Educating trainees in remote self-learning through the Academy platform;Managing residential classroom training;Providing on-site hands-on training or on-the-job training support;Closing courses, including final exams and delivery of diplomas;Participating in all train-the-trainer activities arranged for local trainers by the Academy;Accrediting customer engineers to work in the field for each product;Participating in technical committees to develop training material;Arranging training for customers under the Academy structure if required;Being available to travel and run courses in the Academy HQ if required;Delivering interventions in the field, focusing on challenging cases such as new product commissioning or repairs. What are the keys to your success? Running at least 6 courses a year in the Academy standard to maintain accreditation;Passing all train-the-trainer courses (around 2/year);Assuring at least 1 week of training per month;Respecting the quality standards defined by the Academy HQ;Delivering "added value" interventions in the field on a monthly basis;Ability and availability to travel (10-20% of the time).
