The RoleIntesa (a Kyndryl Group company), as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for a figure to join the Technology area with the role of Tech Support Engineer. Main activities:The resource will be responsible for managing application monitoring systems, problem determination and relations with customer focal points, in relation to the procedures/workflows that Intesa sets up for the various projects. Requirements:Diploma or Degree;Consolidated experience in application support and/or application management aimed at data processing;Knowledge of ticket systems and their management logics with preference for Atlassian systems;Good knowledge of the use of the main Windows operating systems and Oracle db;Autonomy in the use of SQL;Good knowledge of the English language (level B2). The profile is completed by: a keen interest in issues relating to IT strategy and digital transformation;excellent reasoning, learning and problem-solving skills;strong communication skills and a predisposition to teamwork, as it is essential to constantly liaise with other internal and external company groups as well as with customers.
