Qualifications

Key Responsibilities**-

- Support in managing recruiting efforts on key universities and schools on a worldwide level focused on identifying, attracting and retaining the very best talent

- Participate in Employer Branding and campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, campus interviews, etc

**Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources preferably

- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Fluency in English

- Previous experience in recruiting

- Passion for recruitment

**Abilities/qualities

- Ability to work well independently and as a team

- Self-starter, driven and results-oriented people person with a positive attitude and upbeat personality

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels
