Reporting to the Application Manager, the Technical Support Assistance acts as liaison between Customers in Italy, Greece, Israel, Cipro, and Danfoss Field System Engineer (FSE) daily.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide effective, proactive, and professional service to the Customers.
- Cooperate actively with all FSE to properly support the customer, providing all the technical information required (manual, datasheet, drawings, certificate, others) to efficiently manage the requirements.
- Take contact with the worldwide factories and dedicated technical support (product Manager) for the last and updated information available to the market.
- Create the complaints and manage technical support by recording the claims in a data base.
- Management of product return (after sales) to the factories for analysis/ inspection.
**Background & Skills**:
- You have preferably a bachelor's degree within the commercial area or a certificated experience within customer service.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of customer service in front office with preferable management of technical product or similar.
- You have SAP experience in customer service environment or similar.
It is a plus the knowledge of other systems like SalesForce.
- Fluent Italian language and English is required.
- On time reaction to the customer requests, effective communication both oral and written, flexibility approach with good capability to work in team and under pressure.
- Sufficient knowledge of Office package completes the profile.
