We are now looking for a Technical Academy Trainer – Thermal Products to join our team As the Thermal Management Trainer, you will design the Thermal Management Service courses and deliver effective learning experiences to Vertiv Customer Engineers, Distributors, and Customers. You will also nurture and grow the network of Academy Thermal Management Local Trainers. What kind of work will you be doing? Work with Thermal Management and Service LoBs to agree on training priorities and learning objectives. Define the content of Academy courses, working with the Global Training team. Define, prepare, and update training material covering the thermal product portfolio. Successfully deliver training sessions in blended learning formats. Deliver Train the Trainers sessions and manage the local Trainer's Accreditation process. Maintain the Tognana Training Area and demo units for effective training experiences. Participate in unconventional educational activities. What will make you successful? Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, or a Mechanical diploma/secondary school. 5 years of experience with Thermal Management. Service experience preferable. Good written and spoken English with knowledge of relevant technical language. Proficiency in main IT applications (Office). Previous experience in delivering training is a plus. Customer-oriented with the ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders. Flexible in terms of activities, planning, and timing. Autonomy and self-organization are essential.
