**Join our innovating Engineering team**:
You will act as technical reference point for a specific Customer, Region or CS contract.
You will be responsible for technical coordination of main and complex cases resolution and leading a multidisciplinary team.
As a Technical Account, you will be responsible for:
- Providing engineering interface and maintains an operating rhythm with Company's engineering team to address the technical cases resolution and the implementation in the Company's fleet of any corrective actions derived to ensure the intended outcome is achieved in the field.
- Informing Company about lessons learned and benchmarks from the global fleet.
This includes reporting feedbacks to the Baker Hughes Design Engineers for products improvements opportunities.
- Leading & coordinating technical investigations, RCA and other complex engineering cases leveraging the global Engineering experts and providing specific information from Company's site, fleet history and other data collection required for the case.
- Acting as Project Engineering and ensure that the activity is delivered according to the agreed ad-hoc scope appropriate for the Buyer's fleet.
- Supporting the selection & scope definition for Upgrades and Modification opportunities for improvement of the product, acting as technical reference for the Proposal scope preparation and ensures that the intention of the design modification is met, supporting the Project team with site specific data & information.
- Providing technical support for the outage preparation and execution in coordination with the CPM and the FSE team.
- Supporting the engineering discussion for repairs and parts condition assessment at the shop.
This may include the support for decision to implement SB's and/or integrate and correlate shop findings to the RCA's or to other fleet experience.
**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a BSc.
in Engineering or equivalent scientific field.
- Have significant experience in a project-based Engineering or Service positions for at least 10 years'.
- Have competence and experience on main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries.
- Have knowledge of Baker Hughes products,
- Be able to travel (up to 30%) domestic and internationally.
- Have familiarity with failure analysis steps and RCA process.
