Technical Account Executive - Aerospace&Defense Italy
We are seeking a Technical Account Executive to support our clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Italy.
This role is crucial in defining the account strategy from the early engagement stage through to successful implementation.
The mission is to drive customer business transformation by leveraging Industry Solutions and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted executive advisor, representing 3DS and ensuring alignment with customer business objectivesProvide strategic leadership, guiding customers in their digital transformation and process re-engineering to maximize the value of Industry SolutionsCollaborate with the Sales Expert - Client Executive to define and execute the customer account strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for short-term and mid-term growthLead technical engagements, supporting transformation programs/projects and facilitating the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platformDrive value-based selling, positioning solutions that enhance deal size, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a successful implementationOversee the execution of pre-sales activities, ensuring key project milestones and successful client engagementPrioritize and orchestrate all technical activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and successful project execution. QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering or a related field+5 years of experience as a Technical Account Executive in the Aerospace & Defense sectorStrong expertise in customer relationship management, ensuring long-term partnershipsProven experience in pre-sales activities and project deliveryAbility to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, from key users to C-level executivesRelevant experience in one or more solution domains such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, design, and simulationStrong value-selling approach, using a consultative method to solve customer challengesExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage multiple projects, and drive program activitiesTrack record of achieving sales targets and providing technical guidance to clientsKnowledge of business process modeling and its applicationsExperience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunitiesFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)What's in it for youAn international and diverse working environment in a collaborative team.
