Technical Account Executive - Aerospace & Defense Italy We are seeking a Technical Account Executive to support our clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Italy. This role is crucial in defining the account strategy from the early engagement stage through to successful implementation. The mission is to drive customer business transformation by leveraging Industry Solutions and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Role & Responsibilities Act as a trusted executive advisor, representing 3DS and ensuring alignment with customer business objectives Provide strategic leadership, guiding customers in their digital transformation and process re-engineering to maximize the value of Industry Solutions Collaborate with the Sales Expert - Client Executive to define and execute the customer account strategy, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for short-term and mid-term growth Lead technical engagements, supporting transformation programs/projects and facilitating the adoption of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform Drive value-based selling, positioning solutions that enhance deal size, accelerate deal closure, and ensure a successful implementation Oversee the execution of pre-sales activities, ensuring key project milestones and successful client engagement Prioritize and orchestrate all technical activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and successful project execution. Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience as a Technical Account Executive in the Aerospace & Defense sector Strong expertise in customer relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships Proven experience in pre-sales activities and project delivery Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders, from key users to C-level executives Relevant experience in one or more solution domains such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, design, and simulation Strong value-selling approach, using a consultative method to solve customer challenges Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage multiple projects, and drive program activities Track record of achieving sales targets and providing technical guidance to clients Knowledge of business process modeling and its applications Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) What's in it for you An international and diverse working environment in a collaborative team.
