Job Description:Job Description We are looking for a Technical Account Management Specialist to be inserted in our Technical Account function in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).
The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, focusing on products and processes to solve issues, addressing sales opportunities on assigned products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting pharma industries in the selection of appropriate containers and devices, providing the best technical solution. Cooperating with customers, as a technical consultant, to identify unmet needs and proactively propose the best product or service. Arranging visits at customer's plants in order to promote SG solutions or to facilitate the resolution of technical issues. Bringing voice of the customer within SG's organization, achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements. Acting as single point of contact for the customers in managing requests on already commercialized products. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Engineering or Scientific degree. Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
French, German or Spanish will be considered a plus. Experience: + 2 years in Technical Customer Support / R&D / Product Development. Skills: Customer Focus, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Technical Acumen, Decision Making and Curious mindset.
