We are looking for a Technical Account Specialist for EMEA region to be inserted in our business organization in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).

The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, addressing sales opportunities, solve issues on assigned products and services.

Key Responsibilities: • Support pharma industries in the selection of appropriate containers and devices, providing the best technical solution • Cooperate with customers, as a technical consultant, to detect unmet needs and proactively propose the best solution • Arrange visits at customers plant in order to promote SG's solutions or to facilitate the technical issues resolutions • Act as single point of contact for the customers in managing requests on already commercialized products • Brings voice of the customer within SG's organization, achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with Customers Requirements: Education: Engineering or Scientific degree Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
