About the role: Manage the operational relationship with customers Contribute to the selection of new Cash-in hardware and software in collaboration with the Product team Monitor and maintain the SLA agreed with customers and suppliers Manages solution management activities Coordinate and trains contact center structures for assistance What you'll need to succeed: Desire to work as a team to achieve goals together Will not to give up and to find possible alternative solutions Ability to serve customers and obtain from suppliers Knowledge of the MS Office package Attention to detail and curiosity Positive and helpful attitude What we offer you: The opportunity to work in one of the most innovative companies in the world of payment systems.
