Job Description: Enfinity Global is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to provide technical support and project management for the assessment, review and potential acquisition of third-party opportunities in renewable energy development in Italy and other countries in Europe, being responsible of the analysis and negotiation of opportunities with third parties in European countries different than Italia, and coordinate and provide technical support in Due diligence processes for Italian opportunities.

The role involves overseeing due diligence, technical assessments, and project evaluations, of projects in development, under construction or even in operation, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: 1- Leader of the M&A TD team 2- Manage contracts with third-party advisors, ensuring the accomplishment of them 3- Technical support during growth definition strategies in the different European countries and funnel/portfolio preservation in coordination with the various internal teams.

4- Provide technical support, including, but not limited to: Project Evaluation: Conduct due diligence, including site and land assessments.

Perform environmental, permitting, and grid connection reviews.

Oversee yield assessments, layout reviews, and optimization studies.

On-Site Analysis: Participate in site visits for detailed evaluations.

Review land rights and related agreements.

Risk Management: Develop and maintain a Risk and Opportunities Matrix.

Project Scheduling: Oversee and manage project schedules.

Financial Analysis: Prepare inputs for financial models, including: Total Development Expenses (DevEx) Total Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) Total Operational Expenditures (OPEX) Revenue forecasts Run financial models to evaluate project feasibility.

5-Being his/her team the project managers of the opportunities, includes, but not limited to: Project Oversight: Lead due diligence processes across new opportunities in Italy and other countries.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project deliverables.

Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with sellers and external parties.

Coordinate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Non-Binding Offer (NBO) preparations and negotiations.

Internal Approvals: Facilitate internal approvals and Investment Committee (IC) reviews.

Handover Coordination: Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to corresponding internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills: Strong experience in renewable energy project development, technical assessments, and financial modeling.

(from 4 to 6 years at least) Excellent understanding of environmental and permitting regulations.

Expertise in project scheduling and risk management.

Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiation.
