Job Description Summary:
Technical Asset Management Specialist
We're looking for a Technical Asset Management Specialist!
**Job Description**:
Responsibilities and Duties- Supervise daily monitoring of the performance of a portfolio of PV plants by means of an internal monitoring tool- Follow-up with onsite O&M and third parties to properly address availably of the events- Supervising O&M activities about preventive and corrective maintenance validating scheduling and reporting- Collect and validate offers for specific activities- Advise the Clients about potential revamping, repowering reengineering activities- Periodical site visits to check the conditions of the plants under supervision following internal procedures- Report to the client, and the financing parties, the main parameters of the technical performance of the plants in compliance with the contractual obligations- Monitor and supervise the contracts in place, mainly the O&M ones, checking all the obligations are met and the guaranteed metrics have been achieved- Coordination with all the bodies involved in the operation (local regulator, grid operator, municipalities, authorities) to comply with the regulations
Key Requirements- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, - At least 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and specifically in photovoltaic- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package while PVSYST, GIS and Autocad are a plus- Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English- Driving license and availability to travel time to time- Client management and Customer Service oriented mindset- Awareness of the electricity market and main players involved- Awareness about main HSE topics related to Renewables- PV technology while BESS is a plus
