**About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Assistance Team Leader in the field of Industrial Automation. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of technical support specialists, ensuring exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage a small team of technical support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Manage the machine installation, start-up phase and testing.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues faced by customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth within the team.
**What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical assistance or customer service roles in the field of ceramic, pharmaceuticals, food processing, filling or similar
- Technical degree or equivalent qualification or degree in mechanical engineering, chemistry or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good knowledge of Written and Spoken English
