As an Architectural Technical Assistance you will carry out technical support activities for customers in the area of competency and at reference construction sites

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supports customers and / or the reseller's staff in pre and post sales technical assistance and during the execution of the work.

- Carry out site inspections.

- Deals with the training of customers and their staff (commercial, agents, sales counter staff).

- Develop technical PowerPoint presentations and autonomously conduct meetings for distributors' customers.

- Holds meetings with designers on product performance and pursues contracting processes and completion of the works.

- Draws up the reports and technical reports of the interventions carried out.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical diploma or degree or equivalent

- Previous technical experience gained in the paint and varnish sector and in the construction site in general.

- Outstanding knowledge of technical equipment for site inspections

- Listening skills and customer orientation.

- Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication skills.

- Adaptability and good organizational skills.

- Flexibility to travel throughout the country/region of competence

- Proficient knowledge of the Office package
