Specific Assignments/Primary Activities: Support the technical business manager team by preparing slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing change control and systems, preparing quotes, and performing other support activities as requested. Assist with back office activities. Help meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support identifying the best solution for clients. GMP & Health & Safety: Ensure cGMP is applied in the work area; understand emergency procedures and safe systems of work. Align with all EH&S requirements and observe safety behavior in the working environment. Relations: Internally relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, and/or Business required. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required. Professional Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in project management, account management, sales, or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities. Languages: Work proficient in Italian and English. Personality Skills: Good analytical thinking and business-oriented. Capability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers.
