We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team.

The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the company's operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.

Your responsibilities:

- Source and Evaluate Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the highest quality materials at competitive prices.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable deals that meet the company's needs and budget.

- Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in line with company requirements.

- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory and production teams to monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available when needed to avoid production delays.

- Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, and streamline the procurement process.

- Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

- Supplier Performance: Monitor and assess supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.

- Evaluation of mechanical processes: Evaluation of the necessary mechanical processing in time starting from the reading of the mechanical drawing.

- Outsourcing management.

- Direct materials management.

Your background:

- Experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role in procurement.

- Negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of mechanical drawing is mandatory.

- Experience in manufacturing area is a plus.

- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e. g. , CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
