Introduction

**Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead workshop with client business owner to gather and clarify business requirements.

- Lead team to work out high level design, and Design/implement business solutions to meet business requirements.

- Proactively advise on process optimization with the best practice in the industry.

- Work with the business users and the technical team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions?

- Implement solution by configuring with OOTB features of Salesforce platform.

- Lead team to analyze the user story and clarify to technical team.

- Participate in all phases of project life cycle, i. e.

user requirements gathering and definition; systems analysis and design; testing; training; software package selection and implementation.

- Work as bidding team key member to contribute from Salesforce platform and business process perspective.

Location Milan or Rome

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

6+ years experience of CRM projects and at least

3+ years experinece on Salesfroce platform.

Capability and experience of Salesforce project.

- Strong business process analysis skill and experience and also detail focus.

- Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.

- Salesforce solution proposal capability and experience is required.

- Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills are required.

- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks.

- Professional team player with excellent communication skill, good documentation and interpersonal skill.

positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated.

- Fluent English speaking/writing skill.

- Salesforce certificate for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud is a big plus.
