Technical Customer Support Specialist (Relocation To Lisbon)

Contract Type: 6-Month CDD (Fixed-Term Contract)

Whats in it for You? Salary & Benefits: Monthly Base Salary: 1000 EUR gross
Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 14, 000EUR
Performance Bonus: 120 EUR /month (1, 440 EUR /year)
Meal Allowance (net): 7. 23 EUR /day (1, 908. 72 EUR /year)
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR /year)
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16, 148. 72 EUR plus a performance bonus on top 1, 440 EUR /year
Work Schedule: Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0020:00 (rotational shifts)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:0017:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.
Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What Youll Need to Succeed: Language Skills: Native Italian with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
Skills:Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
