TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will be coordinating the "Technical Development" team within the BA Customer Care organization.
The Team includes the Technical Helpdesk, the Star Technicians and the Technical Training Specialists for the Foodservice Product Lines.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Planning, managing and leading the execution of all activities linked to "Technical Knowledge Transfer", including the training planning and execution in all forms (face to face, webinar, video), the creation, management and availability of the technical documentation (e. g.
Service manuals, spare parts catalogues, preventive maintenance plans, installation and troubleshooting videos, etc.
).
- Planning and presenting reports on progress, goals, and initiatives managed by the Team to the BA Head of Customer Care, to whom the position reports directly, and the Country Customer Care Teams.
- Developing and keeping up to date the strategy for the future development of the department to adapt to the new technologies and changing landscape.
- Coordinating and ensuring the execution of the activities linked to the new or existing product development projects (e. g.
field test management, serviceability analyses, technical knowledge transfer sessions, etc.
)
- Coordinating and ensuring the resolution of the issues/claim/questions from the Country Customer Care organizations and from selected Customers (e. g.
Importers) by the Technical Helpdesk Team.
- Ensuring the coordination with the Country Customer Care Teams to guarantee a local high quality and updated technical knowledge level to support efficiently external stakeholders (e. g.
Service Partners)
- Ensuring the coordination between the Technical Development, the Quality Field and the R&D Teams for the management of the activities linked to feedback received from the Field (e. g.
quality or reliability issues), the resolution and communication to the BA Customer Care organization.
- Defining and updating the performances KPIs in order to ensure the satisfaction of the stakeholders and the efficiency of the Team in executing the relevant activities.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in Engineering or similar field.
- Proven experience in Technical aftersales management
- Knowledge of foodservice equipment business will be a plus
- Strong Team leadership, planning and management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly focused on Customer Satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Capable to manage a Team with high expertise and seniority and at ease to communicate with people from different backgrounds and responsibilities. Have a performance-driven approach and a strong drive to deliver results and improve continuously, while able to design long-term strategies to ensure the correct and efficient development of activities
