Orienta Digital, a specialized IT recruitment and selection division, seeks for a company in the automotive sector: A Technical Director who will handle technical and strategic aspects of software development activities.

A combination of deep technical expertise, experience in managing teams, and knowledge of Agile software development practices is required.

The Technical Director will work closely with development teams, project managers, and management to ensure technical excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities: Project planning and management, coordinating development team activities using Agile methodologies (e. g.

Scrum, Kanban); Team management (technical leadership of 4 teams, developing technical skills of personnel, promoting a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work environment); Managing and optimizing software CI/CD automation systems to improve integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like GitLab; Innovation and strategy, contributing to the definition of the company's technological strategy to improve software development efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical Requirements: Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent; Substantial experience in implementing and managing GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines; Knowledge of Agile methodologies and related tools (e. g.

Jira, Trello); Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Management Competences: Experience in planning and managing development team activities; Ability to define priorities and allocate resources based on project needs; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

The company offers a direct employment contract with indefinite duration (Quadro level).

Salary will be evaluated during the interview.
