Job DescriptionPolimex is looking for experienced sleeve labeling Technical Director based in Italy to join our Team.

Developed and implemented annual technical development plan and managed product quality engineering Ensuring planned deliveries match and reflect the sales forecasts Reporting monthly the KPI's for the department, with action plans to address any adverse trends Looking for ways to "add" value at every stage of the technical support Review order claims for conformance to company policy What we look in you BS/BA education is highly desired coupled with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience with sleeve labeling, decorated via rotogravure, flexographic, offset, and digital selling with the identified vertical markets.

Good working knowledge of Cloud ERP / MRP system.

Product specialist include labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, bags and pouches, lids, trays, plates, cups, rigid packaging, and others.

Materials specialist includes PET, PETG, OPS, PVC, PLA, PS, paper and others.

Innovative product and business development professional with successful track record in project management, quality management, quality engineering, technical sales, research and development, and operations management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of market research and negotiating principles Outstanding attention to detail High sense of urgency The ability to work under severe pressure and to accept criticism Capacity to have engaging conversations with purchasing and technical teams regarding customers.

Advanced Italian, Intermediate English and Basic Spanish tongues.

Must be available to travel.
