Your Mission Technical Documentation Development andDigitalization: Manage the creation, evolution, andstandardization of technical documentation for all Sidel equipment.

Enhance the content and format of technicaldocumentation to meet customer needs and support Sidel's businessobjectives.

Drive the synchronization and digitalization ofdocumentation resources internally.

Ensure all documentation adheres to relevantlegal norms and legislation.

Leadership and Team Development: Manage, develop, and coordinate a multicultural, multinational, and multiproduct team capable of delivering comprehensivetechnical documentation for both equipment and service projects.

Foster a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growth within the team.

Implement strategies to improve teamcollaboration, efficiency, and performance.

Process and Methodology Improvement: Define the necessary data and informationrequired by customers to operate the equipment effectively.

Lead the standardization efforts for technicaldocumentation across all Sidel equipment.

Drive improvements in tools and methodologies fordocumentation creation, configuration, and publishing.

Align documentation processes with servicedigitalization efforts to ensure consistency between Sidel manuals and theSidel Service online platform (SSO).

Delivery and Coordination: Deliver comprehensive technical documentation forequipment, Line Conversion, and Line Improvement across all products andfamilies to customers.

Coordinate closely with Service Digitalization toensure the alignment of technical manuals with digital service offerings.

Your Profile Proven experience in managing technicaldocumentation teams, preferably in a multicultural and multinationalcontext.

Strong background in technical writing, digitalization, and documentation standardization.

Track records in modernizing the technicaldocumentation Knowledge of legal norms and legislation relevantto technical documentation.

Strong Customer orientation Excellent leadership and team development skills.
