He / She will be part of a team who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, project managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use.

He / She will obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.

He / She will:

Develop installation manual for specific products and components, also developing and maintaining detailed databases of instruction.

Release installation manual dedicated to a specific project.

Attend planning and briefing meetings.

Collaborate with developers, installation supervisors, and managers to clarify any technical issues.

Develop spare parts catalogue.

Develop commissioning procedures and documentation like CE declaration.

Work with translators, printers, and service providers.

Responsibilities Ensure reliability of product specific documentation like user manuals and technical instructions including illustrations and graphics.

Deliver on time the documentation related to a specific project, standard assembled content, and new customised content.

Actively cooperate in fulfilling the applicable requirements in the area of product approval, CE Conformity, and technical standards.

Support marketing and other departments in creating technical documentation and illustrations.

Approve translations in cooperation with external translating services.

Maintain and update the internal library of product information and solution illustrations, taking care of the content lifecycle management.

Minimum Qualifications 2-4 years industry experience as an effective technical writer.

Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of regulated environment.

Fluent English knowledge.

Soft Skills Must be a team player with a flexible approach to requirements.

Experience of working with 3D model editing and image editing software.
