Who we are looking for**:

The Technical Field Consultant has to visit the National Sales Company's European dealers and customers, for training and presentation of the remote tools available in the National Sales Company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Simulate with National Sales Company's Dealers the installation, configuration, usage of these tools;

- Contact first level support in case of issues in order to conclude the visit effectively;

- Do report visits to track eventual issues / bugs;

- Discuss them with supplier or internal development teams;

- Provide feedback to the Development teams to improve the tools usage and maintenance;

- Assist Dealers in the communication with their service points ( support the preparation of the Technical material or face to face visits);

- Monitor sales and usage KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information technology;

- Past experience as workshop technician or workshop trainer on diagnostic tools;

- Experience with usage of diagnostic tools and background on engine diagnostic system;

- Availability to travel, mainly in Europe;

- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;

- Ability of working independently as well as part of a team, across multiple locations;

- Language skills: Italian and English;

- Knowledge of German language is considered a plus;

- Previous experience with Automotive companies, in industrial segment is considered a plus.

**Working pattern**:

Central and Northern Italy (Turin)
