**What you will do**:

- Contribute to the execution of projects in the Financial Services domain, whose key for success is the seamless intersection of business and technology.

- Help build lasting relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, and be a bridge between them.

- Interview business teams to understand their business processes, challenges and goals.

- Interview technical teams to understand technological opportunities and constraints.

- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders, and convert them into specs for technical teams.

- Stakeholder management and presentation of deliverables to senior business audience.

- Ensure effective & timely communication with all stakeholders.

**What you'll bring**:

- MSc. in Economics, Engineering or other STEM degrees, with high grades.

- 2-5 years of professional as functional/technical analyst, preferably in consulting firms.

- Ability to build trust-based relationships with IT and Business stakeholders.

- Ability to translate business concepts into project requirements.

- Expertise in Banking and Financial Services domains, with expertise in Basel IV reforms.

- Familiarity with technologies such as Teradata, Mainframe IBM, . NET, and Oracle databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
