Location Milan Position Technical Inside Sales Your tasks: You will interpret, clarify, and fulfill customer specifications and requests for offers and orders as well as enter them to SAP for internal processing and planning. You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring progress during processing and implementation, seeking close cooperation with Area Sales Managers, Technical department, and Business Units at the German Headquarter. Additionally, you may participate in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings. You may perform site visits as and when required together with the responsible Area Sales Manager. You are required to prepare reports for your management. Your profile: You have a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable education. You understand electric and electronic technology and machine construction. You are a native Italian speaker and have solid spoken and written English skills. German or other languages would be an advantage. You have experience in data handling and project management skills. You have the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. You are a self-starter and team player, as well as a dynamic, motivated person with good interpersonal and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
