The Aerospace segment has a strong growth ambition for the next 10 years.

This position will be heavily focused on understanding customer's technical requirements and driving business development within a B2B environment to help achieve these ambitions.

The role will focus on the Aerospace, Defence & Space markets with the expectation to understand customer technology roadmaps, match them to Henkel's capabilities and steer key account teams through projects leading to successful closure.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Use strong chemistry, technology and process knowledge to provide solutions to the customers' technical challenges

- Service industries with stringent qualifications and regulation requirements with specific know-how and capabilities

- Develop and support new global product, equipment and technology innovations

- Develop and conduct product/technology trainings

- Focus on Italy & UK but will require regional & global travel

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields

- Knowledge of Industry market

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Flexibility and interpersonal skills

- High degree of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills

- Italian is mandatory, English must be fluent

- High level of flexibility as travel is required
