**Technical Leader**:

TXT group is looking for a Technical Leader who will join our Aerospace & Aviation Business, collaborating with the main customers of the sector.

The role of the Technical Leader is to coordinate and be a reference point for Junior resources and for the client.

With this opportunity you will take part in international and challenging projects related to the development of advanced training systems in the military field.

**As a technical Leader you will carry out these activities**:

TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES

Identification and definition of the most suitable SW solutions

Definition of the architecture of avionics systems

MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

Coordination of small work teams to achieve excellent results

Definition of the planning of activities

Management of working times

Production optimization

Technical contact for the development part on the customer side

**Skills useful for filling the role**:

IT training background

Experience in Software Design and Development of at least 2 years

Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages (C ++, C #)

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio

Experience with the Windows ecosystem, . NET Framework, Office suite.

Good level of English, both written and spoken

Networking knowledge will be considered a plus
