**What you will do**:

- Lead cross-functional major/minor complexity projects from technical perspective: i. e.

platform range extension

- Establish, plan & conduct design, development, coordination for: major systems / processes and implementation.

- Assign activities, train & mentor technical people.

- Release engineering drawing in PLM system.

- Problem analysis & solution

- Create and archive technical project documentations: i. e.

Design decisions

- Provides guidance/coordination through daily oral and written communication to coordinated resuorces within the R&D dept.

and related departments.

- Daily/weekly contact within partner dpartments, customers and suppliers, requiring consulting and negotiation to optimize results.

- External Contacts: Design, Marketing, Suppliers, Procurement, Codes, Manufacturing, Service

**What you need to succeed**:

- Used to drive project development according to company specific procedures.

- Competent proficiency level MS Office suite Excel, Power Point

- Proficiency level in job's specific tools: Creo 4, simulation tools, BOM.
