We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework. RequirementsPrevious significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/KaizenHave a bias for action and a customer-centric approachExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryTrack Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people.

Giving feedback and performance management. Knowing how to motivate and led highly performant teamsCommercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.
