We are looking for a new **Technical Leader - Hydraulic **that will be responsible for delivering designs by effective management of the mechanical and hydraulic design team.

You will provide technical guidance, governance and impart knowledge to design engineers.

Principally this is a design delivery role from a technical perspective working across a multi-disciplined (primarily hydraulic design) design team.

**Responsibilities**:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

- Provide the technical support to serve customers within the region to increase the System Business sales.

He/she will be the technical reference for customers and will work closely with the Sales Teams and the Application Teams, in Italy and abroad.

- The purpose of the role is to provide schematics BOM and 3D drawings to customers in order to meet their layout requirements and to realize detailed manufacturing drawings of manifold blocks and power units for the production.

- Provides expertise and guidance to the Engineering Office on various hydraulic projects that may include review and improvements of the systems.

- Will work closely with the 3rd Party suppliers by defining manufacturing procedures: installation, welding, painting, testing.

He/she will witness testing and will be the liaison between Engineering office and partners during the production phase.

- Conducts field studies on hydraulic facilities; identifies, recommends, and tests strategies to resolve problems and concerns.

- Researches and proposes expansion, upgrades, and/or necessary maintenance work required to maintain and improve infrastructure.

**Background & Skills**:

- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field of studies.

- Previous experience in similar role, gained in medium structured companies within the hydraulics schematics and drawings.

- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCad / HyDraw / MD Tools

- Good knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, accumulators, fittings etc.

)

- Experience in communication with the customers and/or Original Equipment Manufacturers to discuss layout issues or requests

- Experience in Redesign units to meet a project standardization.

- Good knowledge of Italian and English language (written and spoken).
