We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework. RequirementsPrevious significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such Kanban/KaizenExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryKnowing how to motivate and led highly performant teamsCommercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, experience with NodeJS and Vue.
