The role As it continues to grow rapidly, MotorK is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and motivational Team Leader.

Someone used to look for win-win opportunities with an outcome-driven mindset, experienced enough to know that for any given technical solution the execution is a key factor for success.

We do that in a Lean way, using Kanban to represent our workflow while we're using Scrum as an agile framework.

Requirements Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering roleDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices such as Kanban/KaizenHave a bias for action and a customer-centric approachExperienced in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and DeliveryTrack record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people, giving feedback and performance managementKnowing how to motivate and lead highly performant teamsCommercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel; experience with NodeJS and Vue. JS is a plusStrong Software Engineering skills, strong software design capabilities, fluent on practices and principlesStrong English communication skills (both spoken and written)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsResponsibilities Participate in the design and specification of new architecture, features and solutionsDrive high quality output from our teams while having a strong delivery mindsetProvide reports and insights to management - plan and track project progress using Agile metrics and estimationBuild relationships between technical teams and stakeholders, and increase collaboration and facilitate better communicationMonitor our teams' productivity, and drive to uphold and improve our ways of working, engineering principles and practicesManage employee career and development plans for talents in your teamSupport hiring and talent developmentRetain the best talent and key knowledge holders
