Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Technical Maintenance Associate to join their team.

As a Technical Maintenance Associate, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production lines.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Maintenance AssociateLocation: Ravenswood, West VirginiaPay Range: $15What's the Job? Provide maintenance support to production lines and auxiliary systems. Participate in equipment modifications and in-house fabrication projects. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain spare parts inventory and comply with all safety regulations. Attend all company-sponsored training and perform other duties as assigned. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED is required; vocational/technical certification preferred. Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Electronic Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
