We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join our team based in Cornate d'Adda. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will have the following tasks: Supervision and consolidation of the technical team. Responsible for all technical solutions provided to customers and oversee the management of awarded special and large-scale projects, primarily focusing on post-sales activities, including site execution and customer service You will ensure good communication and constant updates between the branch and central services based in Spain. You will propose actions and improvements, which will be agreed with the Technical Department, to ensure maximum efficiency of the Technical Department. Knowledge of the branch's business strategy: you will participate in commercial and operational meetings. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution. Oversee on-site project implementation and ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or a prior experience in formwork systems or related fields will be highly valued. Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Technical proficiency in design, calculations, and construction methodologies. Willingness to travel for project oversight. Good level of english Job Location: Cornate d'Adda, Lombardy, Italia.
