Our Client is an historical group made by biotech companies that researches, develops and manufactures active ingredients to be used for the production of food. _

- The Company - active both in Italy and abroad - in order to manage the technological innovation of process / product of the production and technological area with the greatest development, has commissioned us to search for a figure of_

**Posizione**:

who owns a strong know-how of the design, construction and start-up of the new production line, capable of doubling the current capability of the plant in a four-year period.

The goal is to identify a young Manager not only with strong skills, preferably acquired in the processes of planning, design and installation of plants for the production, blending and packaging of frozen ingredients, but also with an international and flexible mentality.

Main responsibilities:

- Design the new production, blending and packaging line for frozen active ingredients;

- Define the organizational and integration structure with all the rest of the plant and utilities of the site;

- Build the new line and ensure its correct start-up and implementation on time and within the defined budget;

- Choose and train the staff who will operationally manage this section of the plant;

- Ensure maximum plant effectiveness and efficiency, health and safety of personnel, the environment according to the most modern and restrictive regulatory and regulatory limits.

**Requisiti**:Professional Requirements:

- Expert knowledge of Downstream Processing, therefore with experience of over a decade in the design and construction of plants / production lines of frozen enzymes, or Manager of an existing and functioning production line but which has previously worked in the Engineering field on this type of plants;

- Qualification: degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Food Science and Technology;

- Languages: an excellent knowledge of English is required and, if a foreigner, at least discrete Italian;

- Main workplace: North of Milan; transfers to other sites of the Group in Northern Italy are requested
